Project presentation
While support pathways exist to help female entrepreneurs succeed with their projects, very few programs provide women from priority urban areas (QPV) with the tools they need at the idea stage to decide whether to move forward and launch their business. To address this issue, La Ruche launched the “Kick-off – Women & Diversity” program, aimed at supporting women from priority neighborhoods in northeastern Paris in creating their own activity over a six-month period.
Selected from among 24 finalists, 12 winners will benefit from a free and comprehensive support program combining both group and individual guidance to transform their entrepreneurial ambitions into concrete projects (conducting market research, developing a marketing plan, etc.). Personal development sessions with a coach will also help participants work on their entrepreneurial mindset, posture, and self-confidence.
Special emphasis will also be placed on networking and sharing experiences with all entrepreneurs supported by La Ruche. The main objective of the program is the long-term integration of people who are far from employment into the workforce. Therefore, even if some projects do not come to fruition, participants will receive support in their job search or in returning to education or training.
