Preamble
Established in 2006 under the auspices of the Fondation de France, the RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation supports non-profit projects benefiting women in France and around the world.
This Policy applies to all personal data processed by the RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation as the data controller, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended (the “French Data Protection Act”), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “GDPR”).
The terms “Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our” used in this Privacy Policy refer to the RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation, a foundation under the auspices of the Fondation de France, whose registered office is located at 16 rue de l’Étang – Paris Nord 2 – 95 977 Roissy Charles de Gaulle Cedex, France.
When we use the terms “you” or “your,” this includes donors, testators, and visitors or users of our website, www.fondation-raja-marcovici.com.

What categories of data do we collect?
The Foundation ensures that it collects and processes only data that is strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is processed (data minimization).
We collect information when you visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter, participate in a competition or event organized by the Foundation, or make a donation to the Foundation.
Personal Data is collected directly from you and only with your consent in the following cases:
