Project presentation
In Colombia, rural women play a crucial role in agriculture, yet they often remain underpaid and invisible. This project, led by the organisation Projeter Sans Frontières, aims to strengthen the independence of 20 women farmers by improving their production systems, encouraging social entrepreneurship practices, and enabling them to obtain certification through the Participatory Guarantee System (PGS). The PGS is a participatory, cost-free agroecological certification system that promotes sustainable farming practices.
