Project presentation

In Lille and the Mining Basin, where women are disproportionately affected by poverty, isolation, and lack of local healthcare, ADSF operates mobile and fixed facilities to reach those marginalized from the health system.

Through outreach, day reception, and specialized socio-health support, the association aims to improve the overall health of women who are homeless, migrants, or survivors of violence, informing them of their rights, providing initial medical examinations, and referring them to appropriate structures.

The project meets growing local demand and strengthens essential healthcare networks.

The association

Since 2014 in Paris and 2019 in Lille, ADSF has supported the most vulnerable women: homeless, isolated, migrants, or survivors of violence. The association provides initial information and prevention, first medical and psychosocial assessments, and referrals to the formal healthcare system. It relies on professional and volunteer teams, mobile units like the “Frottis Truck,” and day centers providing care, listening, and collective activities.
