Project presentation
In France, young women from priority neighbourhoods face a triple barrier — social, territorial and gender-based — that significantly limits their educational and professional opportunities. Many experience self-censorship and tend to choose less diverse career paths due to a lack of role models and tailored support.
Founded in 2013 by Athina Marmorat, the association Rêv’Elles works to strengthen self-confidence and broaden career perspectives for young women through the RVL ton potentiel programme. Building on this support, the organisation created the Alumnae community, enabling participants to continue their engagement over the long term.
The programme offers career discovery workshops, mentoring with women professionals, public speaking training and collective activities that foster solidarity and civic engagement. Participants may also become programme ambassadors, contribute to the Rêv’Cast podcast or take part in the association’s governance.
