Project presentation

Since 2011, Women Engage for a Common Future has been managing the Rural Women Network to support women entrepreneurs engaged in sustainable activities in rural areas of Haute-Savoie.

Faced with isolation, limited recognition of their initiatives, and barriers to entrepreneurial support, the organisation aims to provide strengthened assistance. An assistance based on: establishing a partnership-based support service, showcasing women’s journeys through digital tools and public events, and creating an online collaborative platform.

Additionally, a “Women & Biodiversity” award will provide financial support to three women entrepreneurs. This project seeks to consolidate their key role in the ecological and social transition of rural territories.
