RAJApeople Mobilization
For the commitment of RAJA Group employees
It is always a powerful moment to see our teams’ commitment to
a common cause.
— Danièle Marcovici, Founding President
Raising awareness and mobilizing RAJA teams
The RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation is not only committed to working alongside associations, but also makes the involvement of the RAJA Group’s 5,000 employees a priority.
With a presence in 27 companies and 19 European countries, RAJA teams are encouraged to take action throughout the year to defend women’s rights, gender equality, and environmental protection.
To promote this commitment, the Foundation launched the RAJApeople program in 2013 and has since offered a variety of activities, including charity fundraisers, conferences, exhibitions, screenings of socially conscious films, participatory workshops, quizzes, and challenges, as well as participation in events. These are all opportunities for RAJA Group teams to raise awareness and work together to defend essential causes.

Running together for Pink October
is much more than a sporting challenge: it is a collective effort to support those who are fighting.
— Sophie P., RAJApeople ambassador
Every year, employees from the 27 companies in the RAJA Group get involved in major campaigns run by the Foundation to raise awareness and encourage action:
- Week of March 8 to promote Women’s Day;
- European Sustainable Development Week (September-October);
- Breast Cancer Awareness Month (Pink October) throughout October, including participation in the Odysséa charity run for RAJA France employees;
- Week of November 25 to promote the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and Girls with its Pedometer Campaign;
- RAJApeople Awards via the micro-donation scheme (salary rounding).
To run the RAJApeople program, the Foundation relies on a network of ambassadors from all of the Group’s companies. Chosen for their commitment to women’s rights, they represent the Foundation, meet with local associations, organize events, and mobilize their colleagues. Their role also consists of relaying the Foundation’s actions within their subsidiary and acting as a link between local teams and the RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation.
Micro-donations and RAJApeople Awards: a simple gesture of solidarity to support and reward meaningful projects
By signing up for micro-donations, employees from several Group companies (RAJA France, JPG, Logisorgues, Welcome Office, Cenpac, and Bernard) choose to round up their monthly salaries, donating the difference, ranging from a few cents to a maximum of €50, to the Foundation. The amount collected is then doubled by RAJA and donated to two associations at the RAJApeople Awards ceremony.
Every year in June, a voting campaign is organized among micro-donors. They are invited to choose their two favorite projects from among six community initiatives promoting change: three in France and three internationally. The votes determine a winning project in each category, which then receives increased financial support to develop its activities in the field.
