First edition of the Feminist Fund for Neighborhoods: discover the 6 winning associations!

Launched in 2024, the Feminist Fund for Neighborhoods (FFQ) aims to amplify the voices of local associations working for the development of their neighborhoods across France. These associations, which carry solutions, play a crucial role in fostering social cohesion, promoting living together, and empowering women in working-class areas.

A panel of experts supports the selection of projects: Bouchera Azzouz (director, founder of the Ateliers du Féminisme Populaire); Fawzia Baba-Aissa (co-founder and head of development at the Fund for Women in the Mediterranean); Frédéric Callens (advisor to the director of the National Museum of the History of Immigration); Céline Evita (consultant and expert in urban policy, associative life, and civic engagement); Fadila Mehal (president and founder of Marianne de la diversité); Athina Zaag Marmorat (CEO and founder of the Rêv’Elles association) and Caroline Sakina Brac de la Perrière (historian and co-founder of the Fund for Women in the Mediterranean).

Following the selection process, six association projects have been selected.
