An event to amplify women’s voices in conflict zones
On the occasion of World Press Freedom Day, the RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation supported the first edition of the Voices of Women Without Borders (VFSF) Forum, organized by the association Humanitarian Aid and Journalism on May 3–4, 2025, in Erbil, Iraq.
This unique forum brought together more than 60 women journalists, activists, and artists from 10 countries (Iraq, Syria, Palestine, Yemen, France, Scotland, Australia, Lebanon, Tunisia, Sudan), as well as around 100 representatives from civil society organizations, institutions, and international agencies.
