Project presentation

The Refugee Food association offers 6-month paid and certified training programs in Paris and Marseille for the role of Catering Assistant, in partnership with companies (notably Sodexo and Compass) where the beneficiaries—80% of whom are refugee women with asylum rights—complete internships. These companies also commit, depending on the beneficiaries’ wishes and their success in obtaining the Professional Qualification Certificate for Catering Assistants, to hire them within their collective catering services.

Beneficiaries also receive comprehensive support, including French language courses with a professional focus, group workshops, and individual socio-professional guidance. The association will also provide free childcare services.

Through partnerships with collective catering companies, this project enables sustainable integration of beneficiaries into the workforce. It also allows them to obtain a professional certification and a recognized French language level certificate, valued in the job market.
