Project presentation
In Paris and across France, the issue of school dropout among girls from priority urban neighborhoods (QPV), linked to the increasing economic insecurity of low-income families, is becoming more and more significant and is affecting their professional integration.
The project led by the association DesCodeuses aims to address this issue, as well as the stigma associated with women from QPV areas, and to support their professional integration into the digital sector. This initiative responds to the dual reality of the underrepresentation of women in this field and the wide range of opportunities available in well-paid, in-demand careers.
Sixteen women in precarious situations will undergo a 6-month intensive, professional training program (theoretical courses, practical workshops, and an internship) to acquire the necessary skills. They will also receive support until they secure a permanent contract (CDI) in a digital profession (web development, coding, design, web marketing, etc.).
