Project presentation

Founded in 2017, Du Pain & des Roses provides an innovative pathway for employment for women and gender minorities distant from the labor market, using a high-demand profession: artisanal floristry.

The project offers free qualifying training for the CQP Florist Assistant certificate, combined with personalized social and professional support. By blending technical skills, personal development, and internships in shops, the association enables refugee women, survivors of violence, single mothers, or welfare recipients to rebuild confidence, restore self-esteem, and achieve lasting employment.

The association

Du Pain & des Roses, founded in 2017, is recognized for its expertise in training and professional integration for women in extreme precariousness. With a budget of over €600,000 and Qualiopi certification, it has already trained nearly 100 women in artisanal floristry with notable employment outcomes. Based in Île-de-France, it relies on a broad network of referrers and partners in the floral sector. In 2025, the association plans to scale up with a new branch in Seine-Saint-Denis and a doubling of training cohorts.
