Governance & Team
The RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation was created in 2006 on the initiative of Danièle Marcovici, President and CEO of the RAJA Group. Under the aegis of the Fondation de France, the Foundation supports projects in France and around the world that promote the empowerment of women.
A Dedicated Executive Committee
The Foundation is governed by an Executive Committee composed of representatives from the RAJA Group and qualified experts. This committee is responsible for defining the Foundation’s strategic directions and selecting the projects it supports.
A Dynamic Operational Team
A permanent team is responsible for pre-selecting and reviewing applications submitted to the Executive Committee, as well as monitoring partnerships with supported associations. It also runs awareness-raising and mobilization initiatives for Group employees through the RAJApeople program. The team is also responsible for external relations with associations, the social and solidarity economy sector, and all of the Foundation’s partners: foundations, private and public funders, institutional players, and the media.

Murielle Ducloux

Murielle Ducloux has been with the RAJA Group since 1996, building an international career marked by commitment and a humanistic vision of business. After holding positions in purchasing and marketing, she contributed to the development of the European subsidiaries for more than 16 years. Today, as International Marketing Director for the Packaging and Equipment division, she leads multicultural teams and actively participates in the Group’s strategy and sustainable performance. Committed to leadership based on listening and valuing talent, she champions diversity, equal opportunities, and the place of women in the company.

Isabelle Rome
Ambassador for Human Rights and Holocaust Remembrance
Former Minister for Gender Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities from May 2022 to July 2023, Isabelle Rome is now France’s Ambassador for Human Rights and for the International Memory of the Holocaust. A magistrate, she was the senior official for equal rights at the Ministry of Justice and served as a criminal judge, notably as president of the Assize Court.
She has been involved in human rights associations in Lyon and chaired Femmes de libertés (Women of Freedom) for 12 years in the Oise department.
She has written several books, including Jouer ou tuer (Michalon, 2025) and La fin de l’impunité (Stock, 2024).
Pierre-Yves Ginet
Reporter and Co-founder of
Femmes ici et ailleurs
An independent reporter from 1997 to 2014, he conducted in-depth work on women’s struggles around the world. His reporting is compiled in the book Femmes en résistance (Women in Resistance) and has been exhibited in France and 15 other countries. Co-founder of the association Femmes ici et ailleurs (Women Here and Elsewhere), he was co-editor-in-chief of the eponymous magazine from 2012 to 2022. He is now a gender equality consultant, working with various companies and local authorities on the culture of equality. He is co-author of the game “Sexisme ? Pas chez nous !” (Sexism? Not here!) for work organizations. He is also a member of the High Council for Equality between Women and Men.
Bouchera Azzouz
Essayist, documentary filmmaker, and Founder of Les Ateliers du Féminisme Populaire
Essayist and documentary filmmaker, founder of the association Les Ateliers du Féminisme Populaire (Popular Feminism Workshops) and member of the advisory committee of UN Women France, she works to promote equal opportunities and the empowerment of young girls and women in disadvantaged neighborhoods, and is committed to fighting discrimination for a more just and inclusive society.

Alexandra Dethyre
Deputy Executive Director
Alexandra has served as Deputy Executive Director of the Fondation RAJA-Danièle Marcovici since 2025, after joining the Foundation in 2022 as a Project Manager.
A graduate in Political Science, she became involved early on in advancing women’s leadership by joining Women In Africa, an international platform dedicated to promoting and supporting African women leaders and entrepreneurs. She then joined the JCDecaux Group in public relations, where she developed expertise in strategic communication and institutional relations.
At the Foundation, she leads the strategy and development of initiatives promoting women’s rights in France and internationally, working closely with partner organizations and institutional stakeholders. She is committed to strengthening the impact of supported projects and to building an engaged and feminist model of philanthropy.
Alexandra is recognized by the Institut Choiseul as one of the “Under 40” leaders who are rebuilding social cohesion, highlighting committed career paths dedicated to the public interest.
Emma Jacquet
Head of Philanthropy Programs
Emma is a graduate of Kedge Business School and holds a master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). She completed her training with experience in the CSR departments of the L’Occitane Group and the Compagnie Nationale du Rhône, where she contributed to the development of a more environmentally friendly CSR policy.
She then worked at the Fondation Agir Contre l’Exclusion (FACE) on the management of several projects promoting the professional integration of refugees in France and the inclusion of people with disabilities.
Convinced that businesses have a role to play in social and ecological transition and sensitive to issues of gender equality, she joined the Foundation as Project Manager in September 2021, responsible for supporting the projects supported and liaising with partner associations. In 2025, she became Head of Philanthropy Programs.
Carmen Flores
Project Manager
With a Master’s degree in International Administration from Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Carmen began her career in international cooperation with the World Food Programme in Havana. This initial field experience reinforced her interest in working with NGOs, leading her to further her education with a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and NGOs at Paris Sorbonne Nord University.
Committed to social and educational issues, she joined the Play International association for a one-year mission in Kosovo, where she worked on topics such as education through sport, gender, and disability. Upon her return to France, she joined the ATD Fourth World movement as Head of Public and Private Partnerships, continuing her commitment to the fight against poverty and exclusion.
In November 2024, she joined the Foundation, where she continues to put her expertise as Project Manager, to work on projects promoting social justice and equality.
Sabrina Foyen
Communications Officer
Sabrina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Public and Political Communication Management from Ircom in Angers. Her experience spans institutional, corporate, and philanthropic settings.
After gaining initial experience at the Cameroonian Ministry of External Relations, she joined the UN (Civil Society) under the auspices of the FAODE Association. Through her work, she is committed to promoting women’s rights and empowerment and to ensuring their participation in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals set by the UN.
She then moved on to public relations and press assignments at the Coriolink agency and communications assignments as an intern in charge of internal communications and HR at ENGIE France’s headquarters in La Défense.
Sabrina joined the Foundation in April 2024 as Communications Officer. Her main responsibility is managing the Foundation’s internal and external communications.
Cristina Asensi-Rodriguez
Apprentice Communications Officer
Cristina Asensi Rodríguez holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Vigo, Galicia (Spain), and completed an Erasmus+ year in Information and Communication at Bordeaux Montaigne University. She devoted her final thesis to analyzing feminist communication on social media and its impact on society.
She began her professional career at a marketing consulting firm in Galicia, where she participated in the design and implementation of communication strategies for companies in various sectors. She then collaborated on various event and digital communication projects.
Cristina joined the Foundation as a Communications Officer apprentice. She is involved in managing the Foundation’s social media accounts and provides support for event organization.
Yvana Fomba Fokam
Apprentice Project Manager
Yvana holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights and International Justice from Panthéon-Assas University. After an internship in Togo with the association Global Solidarity for the Poor and Prisoners, she confirmed her passion for the non-profit sector and decided to pursue a career in this field.
She enrolled at the Institut des Relations Internationales et Stratégiques (IRIS Sup’), where she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Program Management – Humanitarian Aid and Development, specializing in advocacy and influential communication.
In November 2025, Yvana joined the Foundation as a Project Manager apprentice, where she is responsible for project assessment and monitoring.
