Project presentation

In Phnom Penh, women from marginalized communities face extreme poverty, limited access to training, and very restricted professional opportunities. Friends International and its local partner Mith Samlanh implement a program designed to overcome social, economic, and personal barriers to employment.

The project offers modular training in care and wellness professions, complemented by transversal skills development, psychosocial support, and administrative assistance. It also provides individualized follow-up, an active network of professional partners, and support for entrepreneurship, enabling participants to build lasting autonomy.
