Since 2013, the microDON program has enabled employees of the RAJA Group’s French subsidiaries to support women’s rights in France and around the world through small monthly donations deducted from their salaries. These donations are doubled by the RAJA Group and then fully donated to two associations—one in France and one internationally—chosen each year by the employees who participate in the micro-donation program.

Danièle Marcovici, Chairwoman and CEO of the RAJA Group and President of the RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation, and Alexandra Dethyre, Deputy Managing Director, presented the awards on this occasion.

ADSF – Agir pour la Santé des Femmes supports women experiencing social and economic hardship in accessing healthcare. The association reaches out directly to women to provide information about their rights, raise awareness of broader health issues, and refer them to appropriate services and organizations.

Virginie Petit, Head of Fundraising at the association, was present to receive the award.
