Article 1 – Organiser
The Public Choice Award is organised by the RAJA–Danièle Marcovici Foundation as part of the Foundation’s 20th anniversary celebrations.
Article 2 – Purpose and participation requirements
The online vote is open to any adult individual from 1 to 31 October 2026 on the website www.fondation-raja-marcovici.com.
Participation consists of voting for one of the four finalist projects presented on the website, all of which have previously received support from the RAJA–Danièle Marcovici Foundation.
Voting is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.
Article 3 – Voting procedures and anti-fraud measures
Each participant may vote only once, using a valid email address.
A vote will only be definitively counted after confirmation by email.
The Foundation reserves the right to invalidate any vote deemed suspicious or fraudulent (duplicate addresses, automated votes, etc.).
Article 4 – Determination and announcement of the result
The project receiving the highest number of valid votes at the close of voting will be declared the winner and will receive a €15,000 grant.
The name of the winning organisation will be announced at the Foundation’s 20th anniversary ceremony, as well as on the Foundation’s social media channels.
Article 5 – Personal data
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended, participants have the right to access, rectify, object to and request the deletion of their personal data.
