On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, on 25 November, the RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation and the RAJA Group rolled out a mobilisation and awareness-raising campaign for employees across the entire Group.
From 17 to 28 November, teams took part in a large-scale Pedometer Challenge, focused on a key objective: supporting organisations that assist, protect and defend the rights of women who are victims of violence.
Now a well-established initiative for the past four years, the Pedometer Challenge once again generated strong engagement.
The collective goal set for RAJA employees across Europe was to reach 50 million steps. This target was largely exceeded, with a total of 97 million steps recorded in just one week.
Thanks to this initiative, each RAJA Group company was able to support 26 partner organisations across Europe working to combat violence against women.
In France, teams from RAJA headquarters and the companies Cenpac, Welcome Office, Logisorgues, JPG, Bernard and Rétif walked in support of the National Federation for Women’s Solidarity (FNSF), which operates the 3919 – Violence Against Women Helpline.
On 8 December 2025, Danièle Marcovici, Chairwoman and CEO of the RAJA Group and President of the RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation, presented a €15,000 donation to Mine Günbay, Chief Executive Officer of the FNSF.
This funding will help strengthen the Federation’s actions at a time when support services are under significant strain and public funding for grassroots organisations is increasingly fragile.
A long-standing partner of the Foundation, the FNSF plays a pivotal role in combating violence against women, notably through the coordination of a network of 83 specialised organisations and the management of the 3919 helpline.
On 23 November, employees from RAJA France, alongside the RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation, took part in the feminist demonstration organised by the #NousToutes collective.
The aim of this mobilisation was to reiterate the urgent need to increase resources dedicated to combating sexist and sexual violence and to provide sustained support to civil society organisations working in this field.
On 24 November, the Foundation hosted a screening of the documentary “Éduquons nos fils” (Educating Our Sons), directed by Marie-Christine Gambart and Émilie Grall, and co-financed by the RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation. The screening took place in the presence of producers Julie Guesnon and Justine Henochsberg.
Through the stories of four men reflecting on their relationship with masculinity, the film explores the mechanisms that lead to violence and highlights the importance of promoting non-violent forms of masculinity.
The documentary provides valuable insight into our collective responsibility in preventing violence against women, in a context where such violence is still overwhelmingly perpetrated by men.
This week of mobilisation reflects the strong determination of the RAJA Group and the RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation to take action, raise awareness and support organisations working every day to protect women who are victims of violence and to promote their rights.
By joining forces, Group teams are helping to strengthen the long-term impact of partner organisations in France and across Europe, while sending a clear message: combating violence against women is a collective and ongoing commitment.
